Project Manager - Luxury Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our luxury brand team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of various projects, from initiation to delivery. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with the Design Department, Installation Department, and Commercial Department to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage external sub-contract packages and ensure compliance with client programs.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Support sales and estimating teams to win new business and grow the company's portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and MS Project.
  • High levels of motivation, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
