**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at JFL. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for providing digital marketing, events, and administrative support, as well as managing our CRM system and Privilege Card Scheme.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support Marketing and Communication activities through administrative tasks, including diary and supplier management.
  • Develop and implement content creation strategies across consumer-facing destination marketing channels.
  • Lead and support on a year-round programme of marketing events, including consumer content creation and campaign delivery.
  • Manage the destination Privilege card scheme, including member and offer fulfilment.
  • Manage CRM systems, including user onboarding and data management.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Proficient in social media, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • CRM/database management experience.
  • Two to three years of relevant marketing experience.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Experience in retail and/or a luxury brand environment.
