Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Store Operations
    • Manage and oversee shop operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
    • Conduct HR duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities

  • Administration
    • Undertake store administration duties, including setting sales quotas and KPIs
    • Manage sales and financial reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a fast-paced food or beverage industry
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • An energetic person with a positive attitude and strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge with the team
