We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Operations team at Simpson Booth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering operational and project management support to our Quickflange business unit.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of annual Quickflange operational budget and objectives.
  • Provide technical and operational support in the compilation of quotes, proposals, and tenders.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure all Quickflange-related activities in the workshop are carried out to company standards.
  • Manage all ad hoc projects and support other business lines.
  • Prepare workpacks, including implementation procedures, plans, engineering drawings, equipment lists, and materials as required.
  • Liaise with the Engineering team as and when required.
  • Monitor and control relevant project costs to maximize profit.
  • Compile and issue final reports to clients.
  • Ensure invoices are submitted to clients in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry and HSEQ requirements is essential.
  • Mechanical or Engineering background is essential.
  • Demonstrable track record of problem-solving and working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in using a range of office software.
