We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Prevention Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating safeguarding concerns within our community and providing administrative support to the Prevention Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safeguarding referrals and responses from multi-agency conferences
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Prevention Department
- Supervise the work activities of administrative staff
- Liaise with Fire Service Station Personnel and other Departments
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Knowledge or experience of working with vulnerable groups
- Ability to demonstrate tact, patience, and courtesy
