FinLink is a rapidly expanding and reputable Financial Services firm with a presence across the UK. The organization is experiencing organic growth alongside strategic acquisitions, leading to an increased demand for administrative support. This position is based in the Borehamwood office.
Key Responsibilities:
As an IFA administrator, you will collaborate closely with the office manager and financial planners to deliver a high-quality, compliant service. Your daily tasks will include:
- Processing new business transactions
- Communicating effectively with clients and providers
- Ensuring compliance of all documentation
- Assisting with research and generating basic reports
- Maintaining and updating back-office systems accurately
