We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at Simplify, a leading conveyancing and property services business. As a Conveyancer, you will play a vital role in contributing to the delivery of exceptional service to our clients and other third parties in all residential conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, and new build projects.
- Effectively communicate with clients, third parties, and colleagues to ensure seamless transaction completion.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve measured targets and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a high level of technical expertise.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
