Job Responsibilities:
  • To support the existing team in all yard duties and horse care, ensuring the safety and welfare of horses, students, staff, and clients.
  • To observe safe working practices and follow the Employer's Health & Safety policy at all times.
  • To be able to follow instructions, work solely or as part of a team, and keep the Centre Manager informed of any issues that may arise.
Personal Specification:
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability are essential, with multi-tasking a must.
  • Commitment to the role and pride in work are expected.
  • Fitness and health for the demands of an outdoor all-weather sport are required.
Role Specifics:
  • Flexible working hours are available.
  • A minimum of BHS Stage 2 care is ideal, but experience within the industry will be considered.
  • Confident handling of horses, grooming, tacking up, turning out, and assisting with customers is required.
