Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Undisclosed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis, focusing on budget management and forecasting future resource demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Forecast future resource demands and ensure all resources are assigned to work
  • Review and manage timesheets for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Identify and propose financial risks and opportunities to senior management
  • Prepare monthly financial review packs, reporting on variances between forecasted costs and actuals
  • Input into monthly headcount reports, predicting resource needs for the business
  • Manage resourcing activities, including contract renewals, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Ensure governance and compliance, including attending meetings and taking minutes, preparing work instructions, and ensuring audit compliance
  • Deliver communications plans, preparing monthly comms packs and ensuring efficient meetings
  • Review data quality of internal CVs and ensure compliance
  • Review KPIs and develop action plans to meet targets
  • Manage administrative processes, including certification tracking and awards
  • Process and analyze data sets, providing insights and recommendations
  • Manage RAID and deal with ad hoc queries across the business

Requirements:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and understanding of financials, including forecasting and budget tracking
  • Competent in Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with advanced Excel skills desirable
  • General office administration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with RAID would be advantageous
