Financial Analyst

Undisclosed is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial reporting and analysis, focusing on budget management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial reporting and analysis, with a focus on budget management.
- Forecast future resource demands and workload, ensuring all resources are assigned to work.
- Review actual time bookings and manage timesheets for employees.
- Review and propose financial risks and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly financial review packs, reporting on variances between forecasted costs and actual costs.
- Input into monthly headcount reports, predicting the amount of resources needed for the business in the coming months.
- Manage resourcing activities, including renewal of flex contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and assignment to roles.
- Governance, including attending meetings, taking minutes and actions, preparing work instructions and processes, and ensuring audit compliance.
- Deliver the communications plan, including preparing monthly comms packs for the area and ensuring these meetings are run efficiently.
- Review data quality of internal CVs and ensure compliance.
- Review KPIs and work on an action plan to ensure targets are met.
- Manage administrative processes, including certification tracking and awards.
- Process and manage data sets, providing analysis and insights.
- RAID management.
- Deal with ad hoc queries across the business.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills essential.
- Competent in Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with advanced use of Excel desirable.
- Understanding of financials, including forecasting, actuals, and budget tracking.
- General office administration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience of RAID would be advantageous.
