Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating delightful moments for our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Plate Fresh Pasta Dishes: Prepare and plate our fresh pasta dishes to our high standards, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and provide personalized recommendations and answers to any questions they may have.
- Work as a Team Player: Be a team player and bring positivity and warmth to the kitchen and wider restaurant environment, working closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Keep your workspace clean, organized, and buzzing with energy, and ensure that the dining area is always inviting and immaculate.
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Follow all health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe, and pitch in with cleaning tasks when needed.
- Experience in Customer Service or Food Service: Experience in customer service or food service is a plus, but a passion for Italian cuisine is what truly matters.
- Excellent Communication and People Skills: Excellent communication and people skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with customers and colleagues on a daily basis.
