We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our team at The Bridge in Duffield. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Collaborate with our area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
