We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at The Bridge in Duffield. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement business plans to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
