Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client's in-house Property Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a single estate in Birmingham, comprising 600 units with grounds and an on-site management office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, including budget setting, insurance, and major works
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being
  • Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth estate operations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of estate policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Property Management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in leasehold property management, preferably in a client-side role
  • ATPI/AIRPM certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
