The Senior Client Service Consultant collaborates closely with advisors, specialists from various business lines, and dedicated client service teams to assess client information, identify requirements, and assist in formulating effective risk management strategies tailored to achieve clients' financial objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for collecting data and providing risk management suggestions for policy renewals, as well as facilitating renewals and/or binders as necessary.
Oversees all aspects of policy management for designated accounts, including endorsements and billing.
Submits new business and renewal risks to the insurance market for pricing.

Maintains a focus on promptness and thoroughness when engaging with clients, the organization, and Insurance Company Partners to reduce the risk of errors and omissions claims.

Tasked with acquiring a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts and placement strategies.
Fosters robust relationships with Insurance Company Partners and is responsible for understanding carrier requirements and characteristics.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Demonstrates outstanding client service and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.

Possesses intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the capacity to learn any other relevant insurance company and firm software applications.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Current Property & Casualty license as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to effectively serve clients or willingness to obtain all necessary licenses.
Exhibits effective presentation skills through both verbal and written communication.
Embodies the organization's core values, demonstrating behavior that aligns with corporate culture.
