Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. We're seeking a skilled Business Systems Manager to join our Digital Technology team, driving business efficiencies by connecting people, processes, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support license management for our PLM software, maintaining and working with contract management for new software licenses.
  • Act as a Business Analyst, liaising between the business and software development team, understanding business requirements and translating those for the software development team.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and contractors.
  • Perform PLM Audits and track user accounts and roles.
  • Develop reports for support ticket analytics using ServiceNow and PowerBI on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage Disaster Recovery for each of our Collins sites.
  • Manage third-party training vendors and courses.

What You'll Learn:

  • How to manage relationships between the software development team and business unit end users.
  • Foster relationships with DT peers worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree.
  • Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role.
  • This position can be remote or in-person at a Collins location.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TeamCenter PLM, ServiceNow, and PowerBI.
  • Experience with business analytics.
  • Experience working in an engineering environment, preferably in aerospace.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Experience with relationship management with customers.

Remote Work: Employees working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
