Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Creative team at Costello Medical. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design materials for our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging content, including infographics, posters, event materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients.
- Collaborate with creative colleagues and project managers to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach to be taken.
- Communicate project requirements to project teams and provide input on any technical queries.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Provide outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients.
- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline, in addition to a highly innovative portfolio.
- Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting.
- Extensive experience using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, as well as familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A proven ability to generate, execute, and oversee a variety of creative concepts.
- A problem-solving mindset, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Confidence in presenting work to a wide range of audiences, including internal colleagues and external clients.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, a high level of productivity, and the flexibility to adapt to changing deadlines.
- An ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships.
- A starting salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
