About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mini Bar Attendant at Dorset Square Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Management: Ensure that all minibars are stocked with a variety of items, including beverages, snacks, and other amenities, to meet the needs and preferences of our guests.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies. Keep accurate records of inventory and report any shortages or damages promptly.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the minibar area, including restocking supplies, removing empty containers, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests, inquiries, and concerns related to minibar items. Offer recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including housekeeping and front desk staff, to coordinate minibar restocking schedules and ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to relay information about stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and any issues related to minibar operations.
  • Process Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in minibar operations, suggesting ideas for process enhancements and participating in training programs as needed.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail when restocking minibars, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld.
  • Teamwork: Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, supporting each other to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally, as well as written communication skills to record inventory data accurately.
