Fencing Instructor - Summer Camp with Barracudas Activity Day Camps
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
Compensation: £405.69 – £530.76 weekly based on experience and qualifications
Reporting Structure: Directly accountable to the Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and oversee activity zones for children
- Conduct engaging and enjoyable fencing sessions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all activities
- Motivate and encourage children's involvement
- Complete essential documentation and equipment inspections
- Support child welfare and safeguarding initiatives
- Additional duties may include health and safety compliance, activity planning, and serving as a positive role model
Qualifications:
- Participate in mandatory training and secure a DBS check
- Exhibit enthusiasm, organizational skills, and effective communication
- Adhere to camp policies and procedures
