Fencing Instructor - Summer Camp with Barracudas Activity Day Camps

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

Compensation: £405.69 – £530.76 weekly based on experience and qualifications

Reporting Structure: Directly accountable to the Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee activity zones for children
  • Conduct engaging and enjoyable fencing sessions
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all activities
  • Motivate and encourage children's involvement
  • Complete essential documentation and equipment inspections
  • Support child welfare and safeguarding initiatives
  • Additional duties may include health and safety compliance, activity planning, and serving as a positive role model

Qualifications:

  • Participate in mandatory training and secure a DBS check
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, organizational skills, and effective communication
  • Adhere to camp policies and procedures
