Fencing Instructor - Summer Camp Role

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00

Compensation: £405.69 – £530.76 weekly based on experience and qualifications

Accountable to: Camp Senior Team, Area Manager, and Central Office

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee activity zones for children
  • Conduct engaging and enjoyable fencing sessions
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children during activities
  • Promote active participation among children
  • Complete essential documentation and equipment inspections
  • Support child welfare and safeguarding measures
  • Additional duties including health and safety compliance, activity planning, and serving as a positive role model

Qualifications

  • Complete necessary training and secure a DBS check
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, organizational skills, and effective communication
  • Adhere to camp policies and procedures
