We are tasked with supporting our client's ambitious expansion objectives by seeking a seasoned lawyer to step into a partner role and lead the Restructuring and Insolvency division.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing intricate insolvency matters, offering strategic guidance to clients, and spearheading business initiatives.

  • Oversee and execute restructuring and insolvency assignments from start to finish
  • Deliver specialized advice to clients regarding financial distress, turnaround strategies, and insolvency issues
  • Lead business development initiatives, uncover new prospects, and cultivate enduring client relationships
  • Guide and nurture junior associates, promoting a cooperative and high-achieving environment
