About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Lead to join our team at Mindera. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our AI initiatives, collaborating with multiple teams across projects, and driving business value through the integration of AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate AI initiatives, collaborating with teams across projects and industries
  • Contribute to Mindera's enhanced positioning as AI experts
  • Understand client challenges and propose AI-driven solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in key areas of client business
  • Support account owners on AI-related topics and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive internal projects demonstrating Mindera's AI usage
  • Track AI horizontal initiatives and PnL
  • Support colleagues in upselling AI services and expanding business
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Advise on technology, strategy, and policy issues associated with AI
  • Stay up-to-date with AI innovations and share knowledge within Mindera
Requirements
  • Delivered multiple commercially successful AI products/services
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss with CTOs and Principal Engineers
  • Technically hands-on and experienced in proof of concepts and architectural discussions
  • Experience in the Tech services industry is a plus
  • Experience working with clients to add value through AI
  • Passion for AI and industry exposure as a thought leader
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
