*Senior Technical Coordinator, South East London*

We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join a prominent developer in the UK, renowned for their commitment to quality, service, and reliability. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a flagship project, designed by renowned architects, that aims to enhance the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align project specifications with budgetary and sales objectives.
  • Ensure all architectural drawings are meticulously reviewed in accordance with company standards and design protocols.
  • Oversee and manage the design development timeline.
  • Control professional fees and collaborate with the commercial team to update cost reports.
  • Lead Design Team meetings.
  • Participate in Site Progress meetings as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies to secure required approvals.

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Technical or Design Manager, particularly in residential redevelopment, with a proven history of successfully delivering projects utilizing RC-Framed construction methods. We also welcome experienced Senior Technical Coordinators looking to advance their careers.
