Job Title: Talent Acquisition Team Leader

Department: Central Recruitment Division – Care 24-7 UK

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – anticipated 3 days in the nearest office

Reports To: Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Team Leader will oversee and direct recruitment initiatives within the Care 24-7 UK branches.

This role involves driving recruitment processes and protocols that facilitate the execution of all hiring activities. The Team Leader will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager of the Central Recruitment Division, regularly consulting with Care Managers regarding urgent recruitment priorities.

As this position entails hybrid working, candidates must reside near one of the Servisource Care 24-7 offices and maintain a presence across all branches. A full driver's license and access to personal transportation are required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the recruitment teams by ensuring the effective execution of all recruitment activities
  • Participating in interviews, either in person or via virtual platforms, to ensure compliance
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to address priority recruitment needs
  • Managing recruitment performance through effective leadership
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Building and nurturing a high-performing recruitment team
  • Setting and achieving recruitment goals
  • Conducting performance analysis and generating reports
  • Enhancing employee engagement
  • Overseeing the ongoing training and development needs of the team

• Continuously striving to meet established KPIs and targets

• Actively involved in the recruitment of Domiciliary Care professionals

• Coordinating with the Marketing Department to execute recruitment campaigns

• Working with the Compliance Department to ensure full compliance is maintained

• Supporting international recruitment efforts within the team

Qualifications:

• Experience in the domiciliary care recruitment sector is preferred; general recruitment experience is essential

• Proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English

• Previous experience in a leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead by example

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Self-motivated with a readiness to embrace new challenges

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs
