Prestige Account Manager Hotels Job Description

Berkmann Wine Cellars, a leading wine importer in the UK, is seeking a dynamic Prestige Account Manager Hotels to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and developing strategic sales plans to increase our wine sales within the hotel and venues industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality market, strong relationships within the hotel and venues sector, and a passion for wine. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and collaborate with our wineries to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase wine sales within the hotel and venues industry
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales plans and marketing campaigns
  • Negotiate and present to hotel and venue clients to drive sales growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships

Requirements:

  • WSET level 2 or higher
  • Experience in selling wine to the hotel and venues sector
  • Strong network of contacts within the hotel industry
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Passion for wine and deep knowledge of wine products
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed

Working Pattern:

This role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some evening or weekend work required.
