As part of the Global Loss Prevention team, the ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive systems and databases for health and safety compliance.
- Produce detailed monthly reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate health and safety training programs and materials to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Assist in developing safety procedures and emergency response strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure proper recording and investigation of accidents and near misses to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor legislative updates and ensure organizational compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance safety measures and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Safety Coordinator role with a strong track record of success.
- NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent with Technical IOSH membership.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to analyze data and create reports.
- Ability to conduct training sessions effectively to engage and educate employees.
