Electrical Installation Lecturer Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Learn Trade Skills. As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to candidates, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and assessment to candidates, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Conduct assessments in accordance with Accreditation Boards' requirements, maintaining integrity when marking candidates and informing them of results.
  • Invigilate exams and promote the company, its mantra, and services.
  • Liaise with Directors to create course structure, training material, and technical resources.
  • Support candidates through their course, monitoring their progress and liaising with the Director to ensure timely completions.
  • File and maintain candidate assessment paperwork.

  • Part P - Building Regulations
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Inspection and Testing
  • Solar Panel (Photovoltaic)
  • Electrical Energy Storage Systems
  • Fire Alarm
  • PAT Testing
  • Teaching qualification
  • A1 assessor awards or equivalent (desirable)
  • NVQ in centre assessor award (desirable)
  • NVQ Occupational assessor award (desirable)
  • V1 assessor award (desirable)
  • Other industry qualifications (desirable)
