About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Consultant to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with businesses to promote our clients' offering of Apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to maximize opportunities for uptake of learner starts.
  • Manage daily output using internal CRM systems to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
  • Conduct Organizational Needs Analysis to meet employer's needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver solutions within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide regular sales data and insights to support business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with policy changes, funding changes, and relevant business expectations to ensure informed sales approaches.
  • Work towards and achieve revenue targets to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an employer engagement or business development role promoting Apprenticeships.
  • Ability to overcome objections and build strong relationships with employers.
  • Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Confident, friendly, and professional manner with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel to meet business needs.
