Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Premium pay for weekend shifts.
- Four weekends off per year.
