Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our team at Kingston Court, a 74-bed Nursing home in Carlisle, Cumbria.

About the Role:

As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work in partnership with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, responding to emergencies and incidents as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active NMC PIN and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of care, adhering to Mariposa Care Group's policies and procedures.
