We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons RGU Day Nursery and Preschool in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote child development and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Above industry standard salary with annual reviews.
