Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineering Technician to join our team in Birmingham. As a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, we provide technical and consulting solutions to clients across various sectors, including property, energy, transport, water, defence, and government.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and assist in design modeling and drawings for various projects, including wind farms, sustainable energy, commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure.
- Support the Principal/Associate in the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Conduct activities and produce outputs in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
- Complete designs based on guidance from the Line Manager, applying sound technical knowledge and expertise.
- Civil engineering design modeling and drawing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team document control and distinction, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using technical software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Experience working for an engineering consultancy, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
