This position is responsible for assessing client needs, estimating material quantities, negotiating contracts, monitoring subcontractors, and providing legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and estimate material quantities to ensure accurate project costing.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure costs are kept within budgetary constraints.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, including cost updates and variance analysis, and present findings to senior management as needed.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
- Manage quantity surveying activities across multiple projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
