We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Control Trainee. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including typing up letters and reports, printing and photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation.
- Manage workflow of documentation on EDMS systems, including QA managing all incoming and outgoing documentation and communication.
- Distribute documents to relevant managers and project teams, and provide regular training on EDMS systems to internal and external staff.
- Drive and manage all documentation and the flow of information, ensuring deadlines are met through the project EDMS.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, with strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to multitask and have high attention to detail, with experience in the construction industry or working on-site a bonus.
