Domestic Abuse Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Abuse Practitioner to join our team at Housing and Support Recruitment Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality support for women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of service users
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support services
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of service users
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track service user progress and outcomes
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and families
