We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Practitioner to join our team at Housing and Support Recruitment Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing high-quality support for women and children affected by domestic abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored support plans to meet the needs of service users
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse
- Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a comprehensive response to domestic abuse
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment for service users
Requirements:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
- Knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £12,012.27 per annum (£22,523 per annum FTE)
- A part-time role with a flexible schedule (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 14:00-19:00)
