About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Reiss, a leading luxury fashion brand. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and driving commercial and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Achieve sales targets and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service through regular training and coaching.
  • Implement and maintain effective operational processes, procedures, and administration to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Support with recruitment, performance reviews, and staff development to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements

  • Previous retail management experience at a similar level, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of the retail industry.
  • A proven track record of increasing overall business performance and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong commercial and visual merchandising skills, with the ability to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
