Join Our Team as a Valuation Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Christie & Co. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for providing valuation services across the Retail sector, with a focus on going concern convenience, roadside retail, garden centres, and other trading assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveying and valuing properties and trading businesses to determine value
  • Using and diligently maintaining the Christie & Co CRM database of contacts, properties, and projects
  • Developing your external network of key contacts, including operators, solicitors, accountants, and other professional bodies
  • Generating business using email, telephone, individual initiatives, and other marketing

Requirements:

  • Very strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Accounts and Leases - Ideally
  • Compliance with RICS rules and regulations and company policies
