Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives

• Take ownership of customer acquisition channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing

• Analyze user behavior and marketing trends to optimize our marketing strategies

• Identify and prioritize growth levers, analyze results, and scale initiatives

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party agencies

• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of success

• Excellent knowledge of PPC advertising, including strategy and execution

• Proven ability to manage large PPC campaigns with budgets of £100,000+ per month

• Strong SEO knowledge and experience with email automation

• Highly familiar with Hubspot and other marketing automation tools

• Commercially focused with strong analytical and presentation skills

• Past management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
