About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Absolute Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the IT Managed Service Provider sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key client relationships and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow existing business relationships and generate new ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare quotes, scope project work, and close deals with strong sales conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager within the IT MSP sector.
  • Expertise in growing client relationships and conducting QBRs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to prepare quotes, scope project work, and close deals with strong sales conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Autotask) to manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both technical and business conversations with external stakeholders.
