We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Esland SEN School in Ditton Priors. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to access our broad, balanced, and fun curriculum.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside our class teachers to support students with SEMH needs
- Assist students to access the curriculum and develop their skills of independence
- Support students with challenging behaviors using trauma-informed practices and positive mental health promotion
