About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Paralegal to join our Serious Injury team in Bristol and Cardiff. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients who have suffered serious injuries, including brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and multiple trauma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support case handlers in the running of cases, undertaking basic case work under supervision, including taking instructions from clients, obtaining and reviewing evidence, and assisting with litigation processes.
  • Contribute to the administrative elements of case progression, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of cases.
  • Meet time recording and fee income targets, ensuring profitable working and contributing to the team's success.
  • Engage with colleagues, attending team and practice area meetings, and contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant law and practice, attending training events and ensuring the highest level of legal knowledge and best practice.
  • Participate in Business Development activities, identifying opportunities to grow the team's caseload and contribute to the firm's success.
