We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kenton Black Finance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full end-to-end payroll processing for our clients using Sage 50 payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for multiple clients, including BACS payments, auto-enrolment pension schemes, and PAYE schemes.
- Manage client relationships, respond to employee queries, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Set up new payroll clients, process P45/P46's, P60's, SSP/SMP, and other payroll-related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably with Sage 50 payroll systems.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary of up to £27.5K.
- Hybrid office working arrangement, with the option to work from home one day a week.
- Pension scheme and other benefits.
