Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kenton Black Finance. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for providing full end-to-end payroll processing for our clients using Sage 50 payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for multiple clients, including BACS payments, auto-enrolment pension schemes, and PAYE schemes.
  • Manage client relationships, respond to employee queries, and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Set up new payroll clients, process P45/P46's, P60's, SSP/SMP, and other payroll-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably with Sage 50 payroll systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
