HR Administrator Opportunity

We are collaborating with a global FMCG organization to find a dedicated HR Administrator to join their thriving team in the agriculture industry.

This role offers a unique chance to provide administrative support to the HR function across Northern Ireland, working closely with a busy HR team of 3.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential administrative support to the HR function
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee relations, including handling queries, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR support or administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
