Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with payroll, absence tracking, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and employee relations
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year or more of HR experience, particularly in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
