Key Responsibilities- Oversee all commercial and contractual elements of a designated work package, ensuring effective cost management and profitability enhancement.
- Utilize your contract expertise to offer strategic advice and support to project teams.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial team to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Prepare precise cost estimates and budgets, track expenses, and manage financial reporting.
- Engage in the procurement and oversight of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Work with project teams to guarantee efficient contract administration and compliance.
- Lead procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations.
- Assess project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Significant experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Strong background in office fit-out projects.
- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a comparable construction setting.
- A degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of standard contract forms (NEC & JCT) and measurement methods.
