Adult Learning Disabilities Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Service Manager to oversee a respite setting in Dorchester, providing specialist support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of support staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families and community partners.
- QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience as a deputy or service manager.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities.
- Competitive salary range: £32,000 - £34,000.
- Full-time, permanent contract.
- 37.5 hours per week.
