Salary: £30,000 - £44,000
Permanent, 3-5 days per week (51 weeks)

A leading childcare nursery in Southwest London is seeking an experienced Nursery Director / Early Years Leader to lead their team and deliver exceptional childcare services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursery management, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring the nursery operates effectively, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and OFSTED requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training and supervision to ensure high-quality childcare services.
- Maintain accurate records, including children's development, staff attendance, and occupancy levels.
- Oversee health and safety, including risk assessments, first aid, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in nursery management.
- NVQ level 3 qualification or above in Early Years.
- Understanding of EYFS and OFSTED requirements.
