Assistant Director of Beverage Operations

The Flackwell Heath Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Beverage to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation, including event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of catering staff, providing guidance and support throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Supervise the preparation and delivery of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services for events.
- Proven experience in a Food and Beverage operation, including event supervision and delivery of Food and Beverage products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising a team.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Background in hotel or restaurant operations is advantageous.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.
