Job Title: Senior High Intensity Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior High Intensity Therapist to join our team at WithYou. As a Senior Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners, providing supervision and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role

This is a new role that offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Trainee Practitioners, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. You will also be involved in the development of our services, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will benefit our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners
  • Provide guidance and support to help Trainees develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of our services, working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Work closely with our existing experienced supervisor to ensure a smooth transition of knowledge and skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a postgraduate diploma in High Intensity CBT and accreditation with the BABCP. Experience of supervising others is desirable, but not essential, as we can provide support to help you complete a supervision qualification.
